Quince or apple pectin

Ingredients:
apples or quinces washed and cut into regular pieces 2 kilos-
water 1/2 liter.

Preparation
Boil the fruit until it is pureed and the fruit can be melted with the pressure of a fork.

Now remove the pulp that has remained and add water to form a paste; boil this pasta over a very low heat for almost two hours being careful not to stick.

Finally, filter it by collecting the liquid it releases, and bottle it.
