In 'Cooking recipes' we have shown you how to prepare coffee mousse, Nougat mousse and even lemon mousse. We do not want to repeat ourselves, but it seemed interesting to us, we propose a faster alternative, a lemon mousse express, for when time is short or we do not have an important ingredient in other preparations such as gelatin.
Quick Lemon Mousse is made with simple ingredients. It is also easy to follow the step by step; is a ideal dessert for beginners. Two hours is all we need to have this dessert ready, which can be prepared in advance, as it will last up to 3 days in the fridge without losing texture.
- 250 g. condensed milk
- 90 ml. lemon juice
- 480 ml. cream (35% mg)
- 50 g. lemon cookies
- 20 g. melted butter
- We crush the cookies and we mix them with the butter. We distribute the dough at the base of the glasses and reserve ⅓ part for its final decoration.
- In a bowl beat with electric rods the condensed milk, the lemon juice and the cream until the mixture mounts.
- We fill the glasses with the dough and put in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Before serving we decorate with the remaining cookies and some mint leaves or zest of lemon.
