Pumpkin Fritters

I bring you a delicious sweet pumpkin fritters. It's already Halloween, the stores are decorated for the occasion, the schools prepare their party and the children prepare their costumes.

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. pumpkin cut without rind
  • 400 gr. Of flour
  • 25 gr. fresh yeast
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • Frying oil
  • Sugar and cinnamon

Preparation
  1. We cook the pumpkin cut into pieces with a little water, about 15 minutes.
  2. When it is cooked, we will remove it and reserve the cooking water. We will crush the pumpkin.
  3. In a glass of water, we will add a little of the cooking water, like half a glass and when it is warm we will add the yeast and melt it into the liquid.
  4. In a bowl we will add the rest of the ingredients, the flour, the sugar, the crushed pumpkin and the glass with the yeast.
  5. We will mix everything very well.
  6. We will cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest until it doubles its volume, I had it for an hour.
  7. We will prepare a frying pan with oil, it can be sunflower, we will put it to heat. We will prepare a glass with a little oil, to take the dough we will spread the oil spoon and we will take pieces of dough.
  8. And we will put them in the pan, it must be hot, but not very strong so that they are done little by little and are well inside.
  9. We prepare a plate with a kitchen paper and as we take them out of the pan we will put them.
  10. We prepare another dish with sugar and cinnamon, we will coat the fritters.
  11. And they will be ready !!!
