Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cebolla
  • 500 ml of aceite oliva
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
  1. We peel both onions and potatoes, rinsing the latter well, leaving them very clean. We cut into small cubes both ingredients and we toss them fry in olive oil very hot. Set aside when they are ready in a small bowl well drained of oil and we pour the eggs and a pinch of salt.
  2. We pour the mixture into a pan, which will have a few drops of olive oil so that it does not stick. We let brown for 10 minutes approximately over medium heat, and we turn it with the help of the pan lid. And we leave another 10 minutes.
  3. We take it out when it is golden on both sides, as you like little or well done.
  4. And to eat!

Notes
To the tortilla you can add chorizo ​​or green pepper. It will be just as delicious or richer, if possible.

      To make them very very tasty, Ana, my recommendation is that you first fry them in olive oil… You can also cook them, but they are richer the first way. Never raw. Greetings!
