Ingredients
- 1 crash
- 6 potatoes
- 150 ml of white wine
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ ripe tomato
- ½ onion
- ½ green pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Olive oil
- 2 chillies
- Saffron
- Sal Island
Preparation
- The first thing to do is clean the cuttlefish well and cut it into strips. Next we put a medium pot in which we will pour a jet of olive oil. When this is hot, we will add the peeled garlic but integers, the middle tomato cut into two or three pieces, the onion into small slices, and the green pepper also in two or three pieces. We will fry everything and when it begins to be poached we will add the cuttlefish. We let it cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Next we add the wine, the chicken stock cube and a little water. We let cook about 15 minutes approximately, so that the cuttlefish softens.
- Meanwhile, we are peeling the potatoes and cutting them into cubes. After 15 minutes we will put them in the pot, we will cover with water and we will add salt and saffron to taste. We will also add one or two chillies, depending on whether you like the spicy more or less. And we let cook until the potatoes are stewed (approximately 20 minutes over medium-low heat).
