Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • ½ onion.
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 small tomatoes.
  • 1 chicken breast.
  • 1 large potato.
  • 100 g of rice.
  • Olive oil.
  • Beer or white wine.
  • Water.
  • Salt
  • Thyme.
  • Food coloring.

Preparation
  1. We will finely chop the garlic, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.
  2. we will make a stir-fry in a pan ample with these ingredients.
  3. We will cut the small diced chicken breast and we will add it to the sauce.
  4. We will add the wine or beer and we will cook 10 minutes.
  5. We will peel the potatoes and we will cut it into cachelos, we will add it to the pan along with a glass of water.
  6. When the potatoes are almost tender we will add the rice and we will stir well. We will add water if necessary.
  7. Cook some 15 minutes until rice is tender.
