Ingredients
- 4 pieces of boneless cod loin desalted
- 1 cebolla
- 2-3 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 200 gr. fried tomato
- 1 glass of broth or water
- 100 gr. Of flour
- Frying oil
Preparation
- To make the cod, peppers and fried tomato, we will first make the cod that we will already have desalted to the point of salt.
- We put the flour on a plate, we pass the pieces of cod.
- We put a frying pan with a glass of olive oil, fry the pieces of cod for a couple of minutes on each side, remove them and reserve.
- We clean the peppers and cut them into strips, peel the onion and cut it into strips into medium pieces.
- We put a casserole with a little oil, when it is hot we add the onion and the peppers, we let it cook until they are well poached or fried, depending on how we like it.
- When the vegetables are we add the fried tomato, mix, add a little salt. If we see that it is too thick, add a little water or broth, leave it until it starts to boil for 3-4 minutes.
