Pedro Ximénez apple cake
If you like spongy cakes with a loose crumb, nothing heavy, in this you will find a stupid proposal. Crowned with flavored apples with Pedro Ximenez wine, it is perfect to serve for breakfast or a snack, accompanying a good chocolate or coffee.
The cake has a simple elaboration; Those beginners in the art of baking can face it without any fear. As for the concern that many may arise about the use of wine ... the alcohol is evaporated, so it is ideal for both adults and children.
Ingredients
- 4 xl eggs
- 200 g. flour for pastry
- 200 g. of butter
- 200 g. of sugar

Production
