Ingredients
- Egg whites 2
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 60 g. greek yogurt
- 45 ml. maple syrup or honey
- 45 g. puffed brown rice
- 100 g. oat flakes
- 30 g, hydrated and chopped raisins
Preparation
- We place the raisins in a bowl with warm water and let them rest for 10 minutes to hydrate.
- We preheat the oven at 160ºC and lightly spread a 20cm square pan. with oil.
- In a bowl we beat the whites egg.
- We add the cinnamon, salt, yogurt and maple syrup and mix well.
- Now, we add the puffed rice and the oats and mix again.
- Finally, we incorporate the raisins, dried and chopped.
- We pour the dough into the source that we have prepared and press with a spatula so that it compacts.
