- 3 eggs
- 60 g of margarine
- 120 gr flour
- 10 g sugar
- 200 ml water
- pinch of salt
- Egg whites 3
- Sugar
- Nocilla
- In a pot we put heat the water together with the margarine, sugar and a pinch of salt. We let everything warm and mix. To do this, stir well and let it boil.
- When it is boiling we add the flour and stir until it becomes a dough. Once we have it, we remove it from the fire and add it to a glass bowl. We knead it well with the help of a rolling pin (so as not to burn ourselves).
- To this mass we are adding the 3 eggs that we put in the ingredients, but between one and the other we move it well with the dough.
- We add the resulting mixture to a pastry bag and on a baking tray we are making small goodies. We put them Baked for 15 minutes at 200 ºC. Then We lower the temperature to 180 ºC and leave another 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, we are heating the nocilla a little in the microwave and making the meringue. The latter consists of beating the 3 egg whites with a rod and adding sugar. The whites will be beaten until they make a consistent and thick meringue.
- Once we have the baked profiteroles, we cut them in half and We fill them with meringue. On top we will put a teaspoon of nocilla.
- And ready to taste. Delicious!
