Ingredients
- 1 can of 1kg natural whole tomato. or
- 7-8 natural pear tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 cebolla
- Garlic
- black olives
- Buy

Preparation
- We put a saucepan with water and put the eggs and let them cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked, we cool them in cold water and peel them. We leave it in the fridge-
- We cut the onion in julienne.
- Chop 1-2 very chopped garlic (optional)
- We cut the tomatoes into pieces, put them in a bowl or salad bowl, add the onion and minced garlic, stir everything to mix.
- We add the two cans of tuna, you can use the oil.
- We take the eggs out of the fridge and chop them, put them in the salad bowl with the rest of the mixture.
- We add the olives, they can be pitted or pitted.
- Now we prepare the dressing, in a container we put a good jet of oil, a couple of tablespoons of vinegar and salt, we stir it well and we reserve it until it is time to add it to the salad. When we are going to use it, we mix all the ingredients, mix and serve.
- It must be very cold.
