Preparation
  1. The only thing we have to do before adding ingredients to our Moroccan pizza dough, is the green pepperWe can either pass it a little in a frying pan, roast it, or also, and as we have done in this case, fry it in olive oil. Once we have it fried, the next thing will be to apply the ingredients for our pizza one by one.
  2. The first thing we will add will be a little fried tomato sauce on the base. The following will be add the thin slices of kebab meat and the fried pepper to small pieces. The next step will be fill the gaps in the meat with yogurt sauce and tomato pieces. Above we will add the mozarella cheese and we will give it a generous touch of oregano and a little cumin (We add this spice little by little and in little quantity).
  3. We put our pizza in the oven, at about 220 ºC about 15-20 minutes, and Moroccan kebab pizza ready to be tasted. It was delicious!

Notes
You can also add a few pieces of black olives.
