6 round zucchini
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the zucchini into slices about a centimeter thick and beat the eggs in a bowl, add the minced garlic and parsley, salt and pepper, and grated cheese. For this mixture, pass the zucchini slices and then cover them with the breadcrumbs.
Distribute the milanesas in a baking dish lightly greased with oil and cook them in a moderate oven. Once cooked, you can add the tomato slices, the chosen cheese and gratin them for a few minutes.
