Milanese mortadella

Quick delicious easy to make if you want to prepare a bite with this dish, you can cut them into pieces and overflow them, fry them and serve them cold or warm.

This is a very delicious dish to eat with a refreshing platter of salad leaves and avocado.

Ingredients

5 large slices of mortadella
3 tablespoons Provençal
1 teaspoon oregano
2 eggs
2 teaspoons light mustard
3 tablespoons of milk
Oil required quantity
Salt required amount
Breadcrumbs amount needed

Preparation

Mix the eggs, Provençal, oregano, mild mustard and salt in a bowl, then dip the five pieces of mortadella in this preparation, once the egg passes through breadcrumbs have stuck to all sides, do this procedure twice and take 1 hour to the refrigerator.

Put a frying pan with plenty of oil on the fire, when it is hot, put the overflowing mortadella pieces and fry them for 3 to 4 minutes, on each side, then remove them and put them on absorbent paper.

Consume preferably warm or hot.
