Ingredients:
- Fresh tuna or bonito
- 1 cebolla
- 1 leek
- Carrots 2
- 1 green pepper
- 2 red peppers
- 1 chilli
- 2l. fish or vegetable broth
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
Preparation:
We clean the skin and bones of the fish and cut it into cubes. Sauté the vegetables and when they are poached we put the potatoes in slices and the broth, we leave it for 15 minutes. After this time we add the fish, which is done in just 5 minutes.
