 Marinated chicken, they are a delight, the battered chicken is rich and very juicy and if we marinate it even better. Preparing these chicken strips are ideal for eating by children or adults, since they are best made with boneless chicken pieces, the best part is the breast.

I know that many of you do not like to eat battered or fried, but they are not so bad, just that you should not abuse them. The best way to prepare them is to fry them with plenty of oil and very hot, so it will fry right away and won't get as much oil, when they are fried we will put them on parchment paper to release the excess oil. This way they are not greasy and very good. For children it is a great dish.

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Sweet or hot paprika
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • Bread crumbs

  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. To make the marinated chicken, we start by preparing the marinade, put the eggs, oregano, pepper, paprika, salt and the minced garlic cloves in a bowl.
  2. We beat everything very well.
  3. We clean the chicken of skins and fat, cut the breast into strips.
  4. Put the chicken strips in the bowl along with the marinade. We let it macerate for a few hours, or if you prepare it at night for the next day. In another container, put the breadcrumbs.
  5. You can if you like pass the strips first through flour.
  6. We put a frying pan with plenty of oil over medium heat, when it is very hot we will add the battered chicken strips. We will brown them on all sides and when they are golden we take them out, we will put a plate with parchment paper and we will put the chicken pieces on it so that they release the oil.
  7. We serve, and ready to eat!!!
