Low Sodium: Herb Baked Mozzarella Milanese

For those who are on a low sodium diet, today's proposal is to make delicious breaded mozzarella cheese with herbs to accompany a serving of baked chicken, fish or beef.

Ingredients:

8 slices of skim mozzarella cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
all-purpose flour, amount needed
breadcrumbs, amount needed
olive oil, amount needed

Preparation:

Pass the mozzarella cheese slices through the common flour, then through the beaten eggs with the thyme and finally through the breadcrumbs.

Spread a baking sheet with olive oil and distribute the milanesas. Cook them for a few minutes on both sides and when they are golden brown, remove them and you can already taste them.
