This tasty recipe is an ideal food for all those people who follow a low calorie diet and include it in their specific diet since the tomato is an excellent fruit for its vitamin C and A content.
Ingredients:
4 large round tomatoes
2 eggs
2 dientes de ajo chopped
finely chopped parsley, to taste
2 tablespoons grated cheese (low calories)
breadcrumbs (low calories) amount needed
Preparation:
First slice the tomatoes into slices about a centimeter thick and reserve on a plate. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the minced garlic cloves, the chopped parsley, to taste and the tablespoons of grated low-calorie cheese.
Soak the tomato slices in the previous mixture and pass them through the low-calorie breadcrumbs.
