A delicious and very easy salad that you can have prepared in just a few minutes, ideal for not taking too long in the kitchen and being able to enjoy company with friends and family.

Feathers with Genoese pesto

Another very simple and fast dish but at the same time very surprising. Genoese pesto is a pasta sauce that will not leave your guests indifferent, it is delicious and out of the ordinary. Success for sure!

This is the only dish on our menu for Italian dinner that will take you a little longer, a rich crostata with medlar jam, a dessert that is really worth investing time in, the result is simply great.
