  • Juice of 1 lemon, as we like it

  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Preparation
  1. I have used a pot of cooked chickpeas, it is faster and comes out just as good. You have to remove them from the pot, remove the liquid they carry, put them in a drainer and wash them with plenty of cold water.
  2. In the blender glass we will put the chickpeas, the garlic clove, the salt, beat a little.
  3. Add the lemon juice, a little olive oil, the tahini and the ground cumin, blend again until it becomes a homogeneous and creamy puree, if it is too thick we can add a few tablespoons of water.
  4. When it is ready, we will serve it in bowls or small plates, we will put a little sweet or spicy paprika, olive oil and sesame on top, we will accompany it with pita bread or we can also accompany it with small toasts.
  5. And it will be ready !!!
  6. You are sure to like it, it is a surprising dish.
