How to cure cutting boards?

Others are those that we get in imported houses, these are generally made of light wood, they are not characterized by having a good smell and when chopping the food it can get an ugly taste due to the table that is why the cutting boards are heal to seal pores.

Put the board to dry in the sun with weight on the ends to prevent it from warping.

Then with a brush, spread a layer of sunflower and olive corn oil on all sides.

To finish, put another layer of oil again but with salt, let it dry again and it is ready to use.
