Paper films
1 kilo of aubergines cut into slices
Fine salt required amount
Procedure
Salt the aubergines on both sides and put them in a microwave-safe container, if you don't have one, you can use any glass container, cover the container with a plastic wrap and take them to the microwave for 15 minutes. Once the time is up, let them warm and then remove the films.
Now you have 15 free minutes to do whatever you want.
