  • 200 ml. cream for cooking

Preparation
  1. To make this ham and cheese cake, we will first turn the oven to 180ºC.
  2. We prepare a mold for the oven, we will start by lining the mold with the bacon slices, the slices that protrude from the mold must remain.
  3. Next we will put the slices of bread, we will cover the base filling all the holes, if necessary we will cut the bread.
  4. On top of the sliced ​​bread we will put a layer of ham.
  5. On top of the york ham we cover with a layer of cheese.
  6. On top of this other one of bread, ham and cheese and covered with bread. The last one will be made of sliced ​​bread, we can make as many layers as you want.
  7. We beat the eggs, we add the liquid cream.
