A baked fish can solve a quick and delicious dinner. I always usually have a fish to bake in the freezer, the ones we like the most are sea bream or sea bass.

Preparation time 30 min. approx.
Ingredients:
- 1 large gilthead bream
- 2 potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- White pepper
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. You have to make them "al-dente" not too soft.
We put the fish cleaned of scales and opened in half on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. In a glass, mix the oil with the chopped or crushed garlic in the mortar and the chopped parsley, sprinkle it on top of the fish. We put it in the oven at 200º.
When the white fish is ready, we take it out, sprinkle it with the sauce (if we want more sauce we can add a little salted water) and add the potatoes to finish browning everything together. In 5 more minutes to the grill we have it ready to eat.
