Garlic Potatoes

We are going to prepare some garlic potatoes, a simple and economical dish. Potatoes are very versatile, with them we can prepare many dishes, to accompany, for stews, creams... And they always like it a lot, but especially the fries, it is the ideal dish for everyone, both big and small.

This time they are potatoes with garlic, fried potatoes with garlic, delicious, ideal to accompany any dish.

This recipe for Garlic Potatoes, I have prepared them fried but if you don't want to make them fried they can be baked, the result is similar but fried they are better, if you drain them well of oil they are lighter.

Ingredients
  • 7-8 potatoes
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 150 ml. white wine
  • Parsley

Preparation
  1. To prepare the potatoes with garlic, the first thing we will start is to peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into not very large squares. Peel and chop the garlic very small.
  2. Heat a large frying pan or casserole with plenty of olive oil. Fry the potatoes as we always do until golden brown. When the potatoes are ready, take them out and place them on a paper-lined plate to absorb the oil.
  3. Remove the oil from the pan, leaving a couple of tablespoons, put the pan or casserole over medium heat, add the potatoes and garlic.
  4. Remove everything, add the white wine. Let the wine reduce.
  5. Next, add the chopped parsley and a little salt. We leave it for a few minutes, take the flavor of the potatoes and turn off the heat.
  6. To accompany this dish and give it another touch, you can add a little sweet or hot paprika.
  7. We can serve them in the same pan that are very hot. delicious!!!!
