COD A LA GALLEGA (Preparation in Thermomix)

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 frozen cod fillets
- 600 grams of potatoes to boil
- 400 grams of water
- 200 grams of onion
- 100 grams of frozen peas
- 4 garlic
- salt, bay leaf, parsley
- peppers
- extra virgin oil

PREPARATION:

Prepare the fish divided into pieces to taste in the Varoma container and
Reserve. Put the butterfly on the blades and add the split potatoes
as if we were cracking them, the water, the onion cut into wedges, the bay leaf and the
parsley. Program 15 minutes, Varoma temperature, turn to the left and
spoon speed. When finished we add the peas, close and put
the fish that we have in the Varoma container, programming 7 minutes,
Varoma, left turn and spoon speed.
When it is finished, we pour the sauce into a bowl and place the
fish, we reserve.
Now we put the oil in the glass and program 6 minutes, temperature
Varoma speed 1, when finished add the garlic and program 6
minutes, same temperature, same speed. Finally we add the paprika
and mix 10 seconds at speed 1. We pour it over the sauce and the
fish and serve immediately.
