Fried quince and cheese bites with ice cream

Fried quince and cheese bites with ice cream

We are not going to waste time, we want to try it! Today we are going to make a really simple dessert in 'Cooking Recipes' using the quince jam that we made yesterday. Cheese and quince bites fried, how does it sound to you? At first I was a bit reluctant to the idea, but I liked the result.

It will not take you more than 10 minutes to prepare this dessert; perfect ant to surprise last minute guests. You can accompany it with a ice cream slice or scoop to give it a cool touch, taking advantage of this second summer that we are enjoying. I, I have done so, try it!

Ingredients

  • Quince sweet
  • Goat cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • Egg

Crafting

We cut the quince paste and cheese in rectangles of the same size. We will need three of quince and two of cheese for each montadito.

We prepare the snacks, interspersing the quince paste and the cheese, and once prepared, we hold them with a toothpick.

We bathe the bites in flour and then in beaten egg.

Heat oil in a frying pan and when it is hot we fry the montaditos, until golden. We take out and let drain on absorbent paper.

We serve warm with some ice cream.

Very tasty I can barely make it. I happen to have goat cheese that is difficult to get around here but they brought it to me as a gift and I have it untouched because it is vacuum packed.
