French tuna omelette, great dinner for the little ones
Always making dinner or lunch gives us a headache since, on many occasions, we run out of ideas, especially for the smallest of the house, especially if they are Babies.
Well, if you are in this moment, today I present a recipe, which will get you out of trouble. A rich tuna french omelette, that your little ones will love.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs.
- 1 can of tuna.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
Preparation
In the first place, to make this recipe so simple and fast, we will have to beat the eggs to make the French omelette. In a deep plate, we break the eggs, and beat them with a fork.
To these, we will throw in the can of tuna. This must be well drained of oil. We will stir well until all the tuna is crumbled in the egg. Particularly, as advice, I like to use tuna oil to make French omelettes, but if you don't want to, then use normal olive oil.
Lastly, we will pour the mixture on the pan with fairly hot oil, and let it set. Then, we give it the change with the help of a flat plate, and we will let it curdle on the back.
Ready! You already have one quick, simple, healthy dinner and delicious for babies. Remember, these types of foods are for when the baby already tolerates solid foods.
