Ingredients
  • 8 slices of bread from the day before
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Frying oil
  • Sugar and cinnamon

Preparation
  1. We will start with the bread, it must be from the day before and a bread with a strong crumb.
  2. We will cut the bread into slices of about 2 cm. thick.
  3. In a saucepan we will put the milk to heat with the two cinnamon sticks and 5 tablespoons of sugar. We will stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. When it starts to boil, we will remove it and pour it into a source, let it warm.
  5. When it is ready, we will put the bread, we will leave it in the milk for a few minutes until they are soaked. Do not leave them too much, because if they do not fall apart and cannot be manipulated.
  6. We will put a frying pan with enough oil to heat. When it is hot we will take the slices of bread that we have in milk and we will pass them through the egg and fry them.
  7. When they are golden, we will pass them through a plate that we will have prepared with kitchen paper.
  8. In another dish we will have the sugar prepared with the cinnamon and batter them.
  9. And so on until they are all, which we will put in a source.
  10. And they will be ready to serve !!!
