- 400 gr. of fine noodles of nº2
- 1 cuttlefish
- 8-10 prawns
- A handful of mussels
- 1 liter of fish stock
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 gr. crushed tomato
- A spurt of oil

- To prepare the seafood fideuá, first we are going to prepare the noodles.
- In a paella we put 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil, add the noodles and toast them a little, take them out and set them aside.
- In the same paella we put a little more oil, sauté the prawns, take them out and reserve. Add the cuttlefish cut into small pieces, sauté it and put it on one side of the paella.
- On one side we add the minced garlic and tomato.
- We let the tomato cook a little and add the noodles, cover it with the broth that we will have heated before, add a few mussels, leave it until the broth is consumed, a few minutes before we will put the prawns on top. When we see that the broth dries, the noodles will start to rise. We turn off
- We let it rest for 5 minutes and we will accompany it with aioli.
