Vanilla muffins (without egg), for snacks with children
It usually happens, especially now that school has started, that sometimes our children invite their friends to their home or have something to do celebration with their classmates and, what can we do to get the snacks right with children? Above all there is the fear of allergies, so today I bring you these delicious eggless muffins, suitable for everyone.
This time I made them with vanilla but you can also make them with orange, lemon, stuffed with strawberry jam or sprinkled with coconut. The only thing to keep in mind is that the same ratio of liquid and dry ingredients must be maintained.
Ingredients
- 500 gr de harina
- 250 g sugar
- 50 gr of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120 ml water
- 250 grams of butter
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
Crafting
In a container we are going to mix the sifted flour with the yeast and reserve it. In another container we will mix the water with the salt, the butter, the two types of sugar and the olive oil, beat everything for a few minutes. Little by little we add the flour that we had mixed with the yeast, without stopping beating.
When we have the mixture ready, we will cover it with plastic wrap (the transparent one) and we will let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. After that time we preheat the oven, pour the muffin dough into the molds and bake at 140ºC for 30 minutes.
