Cuban rice with fried egg
Cuban rice is a typical dish of Cuba but already known worldwide. It is very fast and easy to do. Do you dare to prepare it?

Ingredients
- 120 grams of rice
- 100 grams of tomato sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cebolla
- 1 green pepper
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
Preparation
- In a pot with a little water and a pinch of salt, we put our rice to boil, previously washed. We will boil it but without overdoing it. The rice should be somewhat hard so that it is much tastier. Once it has boiled and has reached its ideal cooking point, we strain and separate.
- In a frying pan, we will add a little olive oil and add the two garlic cloves well peeled and chopped into small pieces and the onion in very thin sheets. We will also add the green pepper in very small pieces. We put the fire at medium temperature and let it vegetable poche.
- The next thing will be to add the boiled white rice. We mix all very well and we let the rice cook for a couple of minutes in the pan.
- The last step will be to add the 100 grams of tomato sauce. We stir well and we have our rice ready to taste.
- As an accompaniment, we have chosen to fry a egg.
Notes
You can add to the rice with tomato, once we have mixed, some species that you like: basil, parsley, oregano, coriander, etc.
