Can there be a world more traditional dish what the crumbs? We think not! In this case I bring you the recipe for some Cordoba crumbs. It is the typical recipe of the grandmother that passes from generation to generation and that is good for any day of the year and occasion. A very strong but delicious dish, which you can accompany with pieces of orange, hot chocolate or milk, whatever you like!

- 1 kilo of bread
- 1 head of garlic
- Chorizo chunks
- 250 ml, olive oil
- Sal Island
- In a large pot, with the oil very hot, check out the whole garlic (unpeeled). When they are somewhat golden, the diced bread and a pinch of salt.
- The trick is to move, move, and move.... Until the bread is made crumb.
- When the bread is golden brown we will add the chorizo to tacos. We keep stirring and when the crumb is fine, we set aside.
- You can accompany this dish with a Cup of chocolate (hot or cold), chopped oranges or pomegranates, melon, milk ... Whatever you like!
