Cold Pastel Salmon

Today I propose a Cold Pastel Salmon. A delight to prepare in summer, in a dinner as a starter or aperitif it is very good. It is very simple to prepare, but if you do it with time it is better that way we will have it in the fridge for a few hours to eat it cold, which is how it is better.

Here you can combine the ingredients to your liking and fill it as you like. This one carries crab sticks, hard-boiled eggs, lettuce, and olives. You can accompany it with a mayonnaise so that it is a juicier filling and accompanied by sliced ​​bread and salmon there will be a combination that will surely please everyone.
I have put the mayonnaise from the pot, you can prepare it yourself but now with the heat the pot is better. Very cold it is very good.

Ingredients
  • 350 gr. salmon
  • 1 package of sliced ​​bread
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 packet of surimi
  • 1 can of stuffed olives
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 pot of mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. First we will prepare all the ingredients, we will also cook the eggs. We wash the lettuce and chop it into small pieces. We also chop the surimi small and put it in a bowl.
  2. We chop the eggs and the olives, we put everything small in the bowl together with the lettuce and the surimi.
  3. We put a few spoons of mayonnaise, to your liking.
  4. We stir everything well so that it is well mixed.
  5. We prepare the mold, wet it a little with water so that the plastic sticks and on top we put a sheet of transparent film letting it protrude from the mold.
  6. We will put salmon slices, we will start in the center.
  7. Then we will put the salmon on the sides, covering the mold and protruding from the sides.
  8. We will put a layer of sliced ​​bread on the salmon, leaving everything covered.
  9. On top of the bread we will put a layer of the salad that we have prepared.
  10. On top of the salad we will put another layer of bread.
  11. And we put another layer of salad. We will finish with a layer of bread and spread it with a little mayonnaise.
  12. We will put a row of salmon in the center and we will finish with the slices that protrude from the sides, covering the entire cake.
  13. We will leave it all well covered in salmon. We will cover it with the transparent film and then we will cover it with silver foil.
  14. We will cover it well, we will put some weights on top to press and that the cake is good. I put some cartons of milk.
  15. We will put it in the fridge leaving it for a couple of hours. When it is time to serve, we carefully remove it, remove the transparent paper, turn it and put it in a serving dish.
