The balls of coconut, almond and chocolate They are a much more complete version of the first ones. You will need 10 ingredients to prepare them, plus a mincer and 15 minutes of your time. It doesn't seem complicated, does it? And it is not. Follow our step by step and go ahead and try them!
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of grated coconut
- ⅓ cup ground flax seeds
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ⅔ cup of almond cream (almonds lightly toasted and crushed into a cream)
- ⅓ cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup of dark chocolate chips
- We place in a mincer the oat flakes and grind for a few seconds, without turning them into flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips and we crush until obtaining a dough. If it is not sticky enough to work with, we will add more almond cream or honey. If, on the contrary, it is too sticky, we will add oats and in both cases we will crush again.
- After we add the chocolate chips and we crush again. We want some to break and others to remain whole.
- With our hands or the help of two spoons we are taking portions of dough and fwe form balls That we can keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
