More and more Asian delicacies fill our kitchen. Maybe because it is a different food and on many occasions healthier than ours, we let it get in like someone who doesn't want the thing in our kitchen.
Today I want to share with you a recipe that I really like, Chinese noodles with vegetables and minced meat.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 Chinese noodles
- 100g minced meat
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- Carrots 2
- cabbage
- soy sauce
- oil and salt
We start knowing the ingredients that we are going to use, how do I eat you see they are easy to achieve, at least today.
The first thing we will do is cut the vegetables in fine pieces, the finer the better. Peppers, carrots, and cabbage.
On the other hand, in a pan we cook the minced meat, which in my case is pork but it can be beef or chicken. Or even make it without this ingredient, I say it for vegetarian people.
When we have we add the meat to the vegetables and we let them cook together for a long time.
In a saucepan we put water with salt and oil to boil. We add the pasta (noodles), we let them cook the necessary minutes, in my case with 4 I have enough. We drain them and they are ready to add to the vegetable and meat mixture.
We add the noodles to the mix and we put some soy sauce. We mix well and they are ready to serve.
