A dish that we can prepare in a Wok, since it is where it is best, but if you do not have it in any casserole it is fine.

Ingredients
- 200 gr. chinese noodles
- 2 beef steaks
- 1 cebolla
- 1 green and red bell pepper
- 1 garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
- A little grated ginger
- Sunflower oil
- Sal Island
Preparation
- We prepare the vegetables, cut them all in julienne strips (elongated), and the meat into thin strips.
- Heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, take the veal strips, add salt and pepper and sauté it over high heat, until it turns color, a couple of minutes and reserve.
- Add the onion, sauté for a couple of minutes, add the peppers and cook it all over a high heat, when everything is cooked we set it aside. The vegetables must be aldente or to the taste of each one.
- We cook the noodles as the package indicates, we reserve.
- In a large casserole we put a little oil, add the minced garlic, without it getting brown, add the two tablespoons of soy, the grated ginger and half a glass of chicken broth where we will have dissolved the spoon of cornstarch, we leave it in the casserole To reduce it a little, add the vegetables and the meat, sauté over medium heat and stirring constantly so that they take on all the flavors.
- We taste it, and rectify the salt, we can add more soy or ginger, if we like it with more sauce we just have to add a little more broth.
- And they will be ready !!!
- Serve hot.
