Chicken medallions

Ingredients:

1 onion, finely chopped
1 minced garlic
1 egg
800 gr. chicken meat
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Preparation:

Place the shredded chicken meat in a bowl, add the onion, garlic and finely chopped parsley, the egg, the starch, and the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything very well. Assemble the hamburgers, pass them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes per side.
