- 300 g of long rice.
- 1 onion.
- 1 green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves.
- 2 fat tomatoes.
- Olive oil.
- White wine.
- Water.
- Salt
- Thyme.

Preparation
To prepare this recipe for chicken livers, we will start to wash and chop the livers very well. The livers, being a part of the animal in its entrails, have a lot of blood, so we must wash them very well and remove any excess that they have.
Then we will do a stir-fry with vegetables. First we will cut and wash all of them very well and, we will chop it. The cut will depend on whether you want to beat it later or not. I particularly like it more smoothly so I cut it in large and uneven parts.
In a frying pan, we fry all the vegetables in this order, first the garlic, followed by the onion, then the green pepper and, finally, the tomato. You have to leave some time between vegetables, so that they poach much better. When everything is well poached and depleted, we will beat all with the mixer.
Then, in the same pan, we will fry the chicken livers until they have changed their color a little. When this happens, we will add the white wine. When the alcohol is gone a little, we will add the vegetables that we had beaten before and stir well.
Then we will add a little water and spices (salt, thyme and coloring. You can also add a pill of avecrem) and let the chicken livers cook for at least 8 min. After this we will add the rice and let it cook for about 15 more minutes.
