how rich is the Castilian soup. Haven't you tried it? From humble origins and with garlic, bread and paprika as the main ingredients, it is a very cheap soup that anyone can prepare and that is very comforting in the cold months of the year. Do you need such a recipe? Take note of this recipe for Castilian soup with ham.
Ham, chorizo and/or egg are ingredients that are frequently added to this soup. A soup that you can enrich using chicken broth if you have made it, instead of water. Now that winter is approaching, it is becoming more frequent that we prepare broths at home, take advantage of them!
You will see how easy it is to prepare. You can have it done in half an hour, but I advise you to let it cook for an hour if you are not in a hurry. The texture and flavor of this soup when simmered for so long is delicious. Don't you already want to try it?
