Ingredients:
1/2 kg cold meat salami,
4 cucumbers,
3 Apples
1 can of natural bell peppers,
12 Anchovy Fillets,
1 tbsp aromatic herbs,
3 boiled eggs,
6 tbsp Mayonnaise,
Sliced tomatoes
Lemon juice
Sal Island
Pepper
Preparation:
Cut the pepperoni, cucumbers and peeled apples into sticks. Mix with the bell peppers cut into strips and the cut anchovy fillets. Add the aromatic herbs, the sliced eggs and season with mayonnaise lightened with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Let it rest for approximately 1 hour and serve surrounded by tomato slices.
