The recipe
- 125 g. whole spelled flour
- 70 g. panela
- 50 g. pure cocoa powder
- 10 g. chemical yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs L
- 3 ripe bananas
- 100 g. vegetable almond drink
- 40 g. Of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 50 grams of chocolate drops
- In a bowl we mix the dry ingredients: spelled flour, panela, pure cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
