It takes a very short time to prepare a small-sized baked bream in the oven. The oven will also do most of the work. We will only have to take care of placing all the ingredients in the source and in this case, in addition, of cook the onion before to make sure that in the time it takes to cook the fish it will be tender.

This baked gilthead is exquisite. The key to this is the mashed with which we brush the inside and outside of the bream so that it is tasty. The cooking time will also influence; if we go too far, we run the risk that the bream will dry out. Do you dare to cook it with me? Then you just have to prepare a salad to complete the menu.
