Preparation
- To prepare the baked aubergines, first we will heat the oven to 200ºC. with heat up and down.
- Wash the aubergines and cut them into not very thick slices, the thinner the more crispy they are.
- In a bowl we put the glass of milk and add the aubergines, if they are not covered with milk, you can add a little water and mix with the milk. We leave them for about 30 minutes, moving them so that all the slices soak.
- We take out the aubergines and we pass them through the breadcrumbs, we put them in a baking tray where we will have put a sheet of parchment paper. We place them one next to the other, so that they are not assembled. Add a little salt and if you want at this time add a splash of oil.
- We put the tray with the aubergines in the oven and let them cook and brown, about 15-20 minutes or until they are ready, it can vary depending on the oven and the thickness of the aubergines.
- When we see that they are golden we turn off the oven. And we serve!!!
- You can put a splash of honey on top.
