Now with the summer we do not usually feel like having very copious and laborious lunches and dinners ... We usually go to the simple, to the fresh, ... But not for that, we have to neglect our diet. It can eat light but without becoming "fast food". It is for this reason that I have decided to bring you this recipe: Artichokes with ham.

You can make it with fresh artichokes, but in my case, they are bought already peeled and cleaned so the process will be even faster.

Some artichokes with ham can be a very healthy lunch or dinner, nothing copious and above all very simple to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg. artichokes (in that case, in cans)
  • 300 grams of ham in tacos
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. In a frying pan, we pour a good jet of olive oil and we started fry the garlic that we will peel and cut into sheets.
  2. When the garlic is golden, we will add the artichokes and fry everything together over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Next we will take the ham tacos and very soon the eggs. We will stir well so that all the ingredients are mixed.
  3. We will try not to leave the ham blocks on the fire for too long so that they do not dry out or become excessively hard.
  4. We will add some of shawl (little because the ham already has its salt). And ready to set aside, serve and eat!
