INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs.
- 50 gr. of onion.
- 100 gr. of mushrooms.
- 100 gr. of tomatoes.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 50 gr. chilli pepper.
- Oil.
- Salt and pepper.
PROCESS:
- Sauté the onion (finely cut). Add the chillies (diced), tomatoes (crushed), mushrooms (filleted) and garlic (crushed). Add salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes over rapid heat.
- We separate the whites from the yolks and mount the whites to the point of snow. We add the yolks and mix.
- We make the tortilla over low heat and when it begins to curdle we add the previous sauce on one side and fold the tortilla to finish making it.
