Aioli potatoes, great cover for snacking
Yesterday we taught you to perform a Delicious pintxo of longaniza with cheeseWell, today we surprise you with a tapa of potatoes bathed in aioli sauce. This recipe is very simple and quick to make, since I have cooked the potatoes in the microwave to save time.
As to aioli, I have used the blender, although you can also make an artisan aioli, like the one my partner María made in her Senyoret rice.
Ingredients
- Medium potatoes.
- Garlic.
- 1 whole egg.
- Oil.
- Salt
- Parsley.
- Vinegar, lemon juice, or milk.
Preparation
First of all, we will have to cook the potatoes. To do this step, we have two options, or put them to cook in water for about 20 minutes or so, or put them in the microwave wrapped in plastic wrap, for about 5 minutes. When they warm a little, we cut them roughly and reserve them.
Later, we will proceed to perform the aioli. To do this, we will place two cloves of garlic, 1 whole egg and a pinch of salt in a whisk glass. We beat a little, and we add a thread of oil until it emulsifies and forms like homemade mayonnaise. We will add a little vinegar, milk or lemon juice and beat a little more, being careful not to cut it.
This dish, you can eat cold or warm. At the time of serving, we will place the potatoes on the plate or platter and bathe them with the aioli sauce. Finally, we will decorate with a little parsley to give it color and voila! Enjoy these wonderful aioli potatoes.
