Ingredients
  • 200 grams of Maria cookies
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 75 ml of coffee liqueur
  • 600 ml of cream
  • 600 ml of milk
  • 3 sachets of curd
  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • 150 grams of milk chocolate
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate

Preparation
  1. We will put the cookies corresponding to 200 grams on a kitchen towel, and with the help of a wooden mortar we will grind manually. You can also do it with a mincer but we prefer to do it the artisan way. When they are well chopped and powdered, we will transfer them to a bowl. To which we will add the melted butter (one minute of microwave will suffice) and the coffee liquor. We stir well, mixing everything until we get a paste. This will be the base of our cake 3 chocolates. So we will put it in the mold that we will use to make the cake. We will crush well until the dough is completely compact at the base.
  2. The following will be melt each of the chocolates, along with 200 ml of born and 200 ml of milk in each of the tablets (this results in the 600 ml of milk and cream that we put in the list of ingredients).
  3. We put three saucepans to heat, in each of them we will add the measures of each of the chocolates, along with the 200 ml of milk and cream in each of them. We put on medium heat and we are stirring until everything is melted. When there are 5 minutes to set aside each saucepan, add an envelope of curd to each of them. We stir well again.
  4. We pour the first chocolate over the cookie layer. We put in the fridge for about 15 minutes. We take out and pour the second layer of chocolate. We repeat the process 3 times again, until we have the last layer of chocolate on. We put it in the refrigerator for about two hours to fully set. And ready! 3 chocolate cake prepared.
