This pate can be your salvation at some point or another. It is also totally surprise, since because of the mushroom the pate has a color that is similar to that of a meat pate. So surprise all diners with it!
You can use this same recipe to make different recipes, on occasion we have used it to fill fresh pasta and they have been a success. But of course if we spread it on a good crusty toasted bread… delicious !!

Ingredients
- ½ leek
- 250 gr mushrooms
- 100 gr white cheese spread
- dried savory, thyme, or oregano
- juice of ½ small lemon
- salt pepper
Preparation
- Let's start by washing and chopping the vegetables finely.
- In a frying pan add a tablespoon of oil and sauté the leek, taking care not to burn it.
- After 2 minutes add the mushroom, the herb that we have chosen, the lemon and season. Sauté for 15 minutes over low heat, so that everything is soft. Let cool
- Put all the ingredients in a mincer until we have a homogeneous texture.
- To give the paté a better texture, add the spread cheese little by little ... after that we will have our mushroom paté ready!
