Ingredients
  • 1 package of smoked salmon
  • 1 pack of gulas
  • 150 gr. peeled prawns
  • One garlic clove
  • 1 cayenne or hot chilli
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Bread

Preparation
  1. We will prepare the salad in individual plates. We will wash the spinach leaves, we will put them on the plate as the base of the salad.
  2. If you have a ring we will put it in the center of the plate
  3. We cover the inside of the hoop with the salmon, it will stick to the hoop.
  4. In a frying pan we will add the cayenne and garlic. If you do not like spicy, do not add the cayenne and we will put the prawns together, sauté. When the prawns have taken a little color, add the gulas and sauté everything together, add a little salt.
  5. We will sauté everything well, so that the flavors mix, about 5 minutes.
  6. Let it temper, fill the mold with a little of the mixture, leave some prawns to put on top. We remove the mold.
  7. We will do this way all the dishes that we are going to prepare.
  8. On the other hand we prepare the toasts to accompany it. We will toast some pieces of sliced ​​bread, we will cut the toasted pieces into triangles.
  9. And now it only remains to serve this dish with the toasted bread.
  10. We will drizzle a little olive oil over the spinach and eels.
  11. And it will be ready to eat. A great salad to start a good family meal.
